After finishing all tasks, students then are ready to explore their topic in more depth.
Teachers 1. Divide students into research topics (please make sure they are in a group that they indicated interest in).
2. Using a notecatcher and an outline, they will need to research online and at the school and classroom libraries.
3. They will be guided through appropriate resources to use for their research that they will be doing in their group.
4. On a google doc, one will share with their group, they will start putting their notes in a research paper format. This will be modeled by the teacher first.
5. On a google presentation, one will share with their group and each will be responsible for finding and placing a picture of their research in their presentation. This will then be downloaded as a pdf and uploaded into VoiceThread by the teacher.
6. The students will then finish their document/research and divide up parts of it to read onto the VoiceThread in accordance with the pictures.
7. Each group will have their own VoiceThread that is titled their landform/process or change in the earth. Example: Volcanoes
8. Each VoiceThread will be embedded into this page on this webquest and parents and community members that blog on our classroom blog will have the opportunity to comment on each VoiceThread.
